Don't be sad! You can ask doctor about solution or what's an option that he has to solve the problem
It can possibly replacement with the smaller silicone implants and place the silicone under the muscle

But there no guarantee that the chance of rippling will not come back
If it brother you I reckon you should definitely get them fix
